Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Company: Corner Home Medical
Location: New Hope, MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Corner Home Medical is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills who want to work in the durable medical equipment (DME) and healthcare services industry. We will train the right person-medical terminology or billing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist incoming callers with questions and inquiries related to Durable Medical Equipment
  • Answer questions regarding product usage and insurance coverage
  • Create and process sales orders while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Finalize orders and forward information to the billing team
  • Provide excellent service via phone, fax, and email
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Medical terminology or medical billing experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to meet daily call volume expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
