Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, members, providers, and healthcare partners, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a variety of healthcare-related inquiries. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions-driven, and comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Communication
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients, members, providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, benefits, eligibility, claims, authorizations, appointments, and billing inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within the company's CRM and healthcare systems.
Administrative Support
  • Verify patient or member information and update records as needed.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments according to organizational policies.
  • Process requests for referrals, prior authorizations, and medical records when applicable.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
Compliance & Quality

Required Qualifications
