As a Sales Representative with Slovak working at home in Poland, youll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

What Youll be Doing

Your role as a Sales Representative will involve generating new business, contacting existing customers, and using a consultative approach to provide tailored solutions that meet the clients unique needs, while executing sales strategies to achieve the targets through both outbound and inbound sales calls.

You'll report to Sales Director. Youll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, Youll:

  • Grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships and ensuring retention.
  • Getting through to the decision maker by utilizing Influencers and Users to help close the business.
  • Engage customers in a consultative manner to develop value propositions that cater to their needs, with the goal of increasing volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
  • To respond to incoming calls/emails and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
  • Identify the customers shipping profile to secure their business or alternatively, refer the lead to the appropriate channel.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Ideally, a proven track record of sales success, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Proficiency in Slovak (C1 minimum level) and communicative English (B1 minimum level).
