RNs must be prepared to float frequently to meet the staffing needs of the hospital***RTO Blackout Dates due to College World Series: 6/11/26 - 6/22/26Medical Surgical/Solid Organ Transplant Unit SOTU is a 36-bed unit providing medical surgical/telemetry and progressive care to adult pre and post liver, kidney, pancreas, intestinal transplant patients and intestinal rehabilitation patients. Adolescent patients starting at the age of 15 are on the unit but are cared for by core staff only.Ratios are 1:5 days/1:6 nights. Depending on staffing, night ratios can be 1:7 (this is rare, but facility wants travelers to be aware).BLS, ACLS requiredNIH, CPI preferred2 years of prior experience required (must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital)Drips are required on all floorsEPIC charting experience requiredFirst timers NOT accepted (will consider if the traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level l Academic Medical Center)Will float within scope to meet facility needs (this includes potentially floating to Bellevue campus). Units may include, but are not limited to 4CS, 5 West, 6 Neuro, 4/5 Lied, 6/7 Lied, 7 HVU, 8 Werner, 9 Trauma, Bellevue MS, Observation, SOTU.In addition to CNAs, care teams include care techs, transport team, swoop/paramedics.
