What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices

  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability

  • Diagnose and resolve issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production running efficiently

  • Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE

  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development

What Youโ€™ll Need
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR technical degree in a related field OR journeymanโ€™s card
    (Less experience may be considered at a different level)

  • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and code books

  • Strong understanding of electrical theory, controls, and codes

  • Experience with line setups, inspections, and electrical testing equipment

  • Solid math skills (fractions, percentages, measurements)

Nice to Have
  • Experience with PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Siemens)

  • Knowledge of AC/DC motors, HVAC systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

  • Experience with welding/torch equipment and precision measuring tools

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing and walking

  • Occasional sitting, reaching, and forceful motion

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly

  • Minimal climbing and occasional lifting over 100 lbs

  • Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation
