  • Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer baseย 
  • Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readinessย 
  • Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedbackย 
  • Assess training needs,ย identifyย knowledgeย gapsย and implement development plans for
  • Residential Connectivity Sales Specialistsย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments toย accomplishย objectivesย and support business decisionsย 
  • Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timelinessย
