Schedule: Shifts Vary | Monday-Friday 8am-9pm | Saturdays 8am-8pm
Pay: Commission-based | Uncapped earning potential


About the Role

Our Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale team is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership. In this role, you will connect with guests, understand their vehicle needs, and guide them through the purchase process. You’ll help customers select the right vehicle, demonstrate features, assist with financing options, and ensure a smooth delivery experience while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Greet showroom guests and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
  • Recommend vehicles that best fit each customer’s lifestyle and requirements
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance during test drives
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

  • Customer service or sales experience preferred. Automotive experience not required.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology and dealership software systems
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
