Turner Pest Control is looking for a data-driven growth marketer to help build and optimize the engine that turns marketing investment into qualified leads, new customers and long-term customer value.
This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We are looking for someone who is highly capable in HubSpot, marketing analytics, paid digital advertising, lead generation, customer segmentation, marketing automation and customer journey optimization.
You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service and agency partners to understand what's working, what's not and where our next growth opportunities exist.

What You'll Do... As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase customer acquisition and retention, and support profitable growth across Florida.
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Own strategies to increase qualified leads, conversion and customer acquisition
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Meta and other performance channels
  • Evaluate performance by market, service, audience, campaign and channel
  • Optimize marketing spend based on CPL, CAC, conversion rate, revenue and ROI
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and quickly recommend corrective action
  • Partner with agencies while maintaining internal ownership of strategy, data and results
  • Align lead generation with seasonality, market opportunity and operational capacity

HubSpot, CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Serve as a primary marketing owner and power user of HubSpot
  • Build and optimize automated lead nurture, customer retention, renewal, cross-sell and upsell journeys
  • Develop workflows, lists, triggers, lead routing and lifecycle stages
  • Create customer and prospect segments using behavioral, demographic, geographic and service data
  • Improve integration and data flow between HubSpot and other business systems
  • Continuously improve how marketing technology supports growth

Customer Journey, Analytics & Conversion Optimization
  • Optimize the customer journey from lead generation through retention and expansion
  • Use segmentation and behavioral data to improve targeting, conversion and customer lifetime value
  • Identify funnel friction, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Build dashboards that connect marketing activity to leads, customers and revenue
  • Track and improve CPL, conversion rates, CAC, ROI/ROAS, retention and channel performance
  • Strengthen attribution across digital, phone and offline channels
  • Improve website and landing-page performance through CRO, A/B testing, SEO and local search
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable growth

Marketing Technology & Innovation
  • Help evaluate and implement marketing technologies that improve efficiency and performance

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics 4
