  • Host regular calls to discuss results, share best practices, and align on initiatives
  • Identify new opportunities and expand existing partner engagements
  • Create and execute plans to grow market share through channel activities
  • Collaborate closely with VPs on market-specific challenges, activities, and opportunities
  • Maintain documentation of enablement materials and sales presentations
  • Utilize Salesforce extensively for tracking, reporting, and communication
  • Build and deepen relationships with Channel Partners by understanding their business needs and providing exceptional support
  • Conduct regular meetings and calls to maintain strong communication and address feedback
  • Serve as the internal advocate for Channel Partners across the Buyers Edge Platform organization
  • Proactively anticipate partner needs and resolve issues with thoughtful, action-oriented solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and value expansion within the partner ecosystem

About You:

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Sales Management experience, including remote or inside sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and apply new tools and technologies
  • Passionate about the mission and values of Buyers Edge Platform
  • Comfortable adapting to change and shifting priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Restaurant or foodservice industry experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Eagerness to learn, be coached, and continuously improve
  • Hands-on mentality with a bias for action and accountability
