Cohesity is seeking a Channel / Partner Marketing Manager to own and execute partner marketing strategy across the U.S. and Canada. As a key member of the Americas Field Marketing team, you\'ll develop integrated marketing programs that strengthen partner relationships, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue across our channel ecosystem—including distributors, VARs, GSIs, MSPs, and strategic alliances.

You\'ll serve as a trusted marketing partner to our Channel Sales organization and key partners, building and executing co-marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. You\'re comfortable navigating a complex partner ecosystem, collaborating cross-functionally, and using AI to improve planning, execution, analysis, and operational efficiency to scale marketing impact.

How You\'ll Spend Your Time

Develop and execute integrated partner marketing plans that drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and brand awareness across the U.S. and Canada.

Build and execute co-branded demand generation campaigns including digital programs, webinars, ABM, partner events, and integrated campaigns.

Collaborate with channel sales, strategic partners, and the global partner marketing team to develop joint go-to-market initiatives.

Manage Market Development Funds (MDF), including planning, partner proposals, budget allocation, ROI tracking, and optimization.

Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, content creation, reporting, dashboard development, and performance optimization.

Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop partner messaging, collateral, customer stories, and enablement content.

Track campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, making data-driven recommendations to continuously improve results.

Serve as the primary marketing partner to the U.S. and Canada Channel Sales organization.

Align marketing investments to partner priorities, regional business goals, and pipeline opportunities.

Build trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to maximize joint business outcomes.

Use AI-driven insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities and communicate program impact.

Events & Partner Engagement

Plan and execute partner events, industry conferences, webinars, and regional field programs.

Drive Cohesity\'s presence within key partner communities and identify new opportunities to increase engagement and demand.

Foster partner advocacy through co-marketing programs, enablement initiatives, and participation in Cohesity\'s partner ecosystem.

What We\'re Looking For

Required Experience

6+ years of B2B enterprise technology marketing experience, including channel or partner marketing.

Proven success developing and executing partner marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem, including distributors and VARs; experience with GSIs, MSPs, and cloud partners is a plus.

Experience managing MDF programs, partner marketing investments, and campaign performance.

Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or similar marketing and reporting platforms.

Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity, campaign execution, reporting, content development, and decision-making, with a curiosity for adopting emerging technologies that drive better business outcomes—ideally Claude, Chat GPT and CoPilot.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure.

Familiarity with partner program frameworks, incentive models, and channel marketing best practices.

Experience supporting federal, SLED, or public sector channel partners.

Experience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled marketing tools or workflow automation to improve marketing effectiveness.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws — This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate\'s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

Pay Range :

139,200.00-174,000.00

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
