Job description


As a Channel Marketing & Partner Development Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead channel partner development, engagement, marketing, and enablement initiatives for our Electronic & Specialty Materials (ESM) businesses. You will develop and execute strategies that drive growth through our Channel Partners while strengthening distributor capabilities, engagement, and business performance.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Channel Strategy & Enablement, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains, NJ corporate headquarters office on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's success in effectively reaching and engaging customers through our channel ecosystem by developing and executing engagement and marketing strategies, driving channel partner development, and enabling successful execution of business priorities through our distribution network. As a key bridge between Solstice businesses and our channel partners, you will help translate business priorities into partner-facing programs, initiatives, and growth opportunities. This role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and across functions, as well as people leadership responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute channel engagement, enablement, and marketing strategies with and for channel partners to drive growth, increase market share, and support business objectives
  • Develop, activate, and support sales enablement resources, channel marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives that drive partner engagement and revenue growth
  • Serve as a strategic partner to key distributors by supporting business planning, growth initiatives, capability development, and overall channel effectiveness
  • Manage channel marketing budgets and measure program effectiveness through market analysis, partner engagement metrics, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Marketing, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to align channel initiatives with business priorities
  • Lead channel engagement, communications, training, and enablement initiatives that strengthen partner relationships, capabilities, and business performance
  • Partner with the Channel Partner Portal Manager to ensure the portal delivers a compelling user experience, relevant content, and strong adoption of channel programs, partner resources, and digital platforms
  • Support commercialization of new products and strategic business initiatives through partner readiness, enablement, communications, and launch activation plans
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in channel partner development, engagement and marketing

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in partner engagement, development, channel marketing or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner engagement and channel marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Experience supporting distributor, reseller, or indirect channel business models
  • Experience developing partner enablement, engagement, or channel activation programs
  • Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies
  • Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of distribution and channel dynamics
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and across cross-functional teams without direct authority

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary for this position is $124,635-$155,206. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive eligible.
