Job description

Channel Sales Representative – Gas Systems
 Algas-SDI · Kent, WA (Onsite) · Full-time · $110,000–$140,000

Algas-SDI is looking for a Channel Sales Representative to grow and manage our global network of channel partners, distributors, and end users for our Gas Systems product line. You'll work closely with our Sales Director to build the partner relationships that keep Algas-SDI top of mind — and top of the quote list — across the propane, natural gas, and industrial gas markets.

What you'll do

  • Build, manage, and grow a global network of channel partners, distributors, OEMs, and resale partners
  • Run business reviews with partners on sales goals, forecasts, and growth strategies
  • Negotiate channel agreements, pricing structures, and annual sales programs
  • Train partners on product features, applications, and competitive positioning
  • Serve as primary point of contact for partners and end users, resolving escalations and driving satisfaction
  • Hit annual sales targets and identify new market segments for SNG products
  • Build equipment, product, and parts quotes; coordinate with engineering on technical proposals
  • Represent Algas-SDI at trade shows, technical workshops, and partner meetings
  • Advise partners and end users on product selection, system sizing, and integration
  • Feed market and competitive insights back to Marketing and Product teams
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records of sales activity, customer feedback, and performance
  • Support global customer service workflows and participate in annual sales training

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or Engineering
  • Experience in Propane Gas, Natural Gas, Industrial Gas, or Petroleum Services — or Energy, Utilities, Electric, or HVAC industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Comfort with global travel (25–50%, valid passport required)
  • Strong computer skills; responsive follow-up on all inquiries

Compensation & Location
$110,000–$140,000 base salary. Based in Kent, WA (onsite).
