Position Summary

The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Kelvion’s partners, including manufacturer’s representatives and key accounts. This role ensures alignment with Kelvion’s sales objectives, drives revenue growth through partner engagement, and promotes our heat transfer solutions across targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Development & Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Select, onboard, and evaluate partner performance against established KPIs.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable feedback to partners.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement territorial growth plans in collaboration with partners.
  • Support partners in identifying and closing opportunities with EPCs, engineers, and end-users.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with accounts and mediate discussions to achieve equitable solutions.
  • Training & Enablement
  • Organize quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and training sessions for partners.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with product knowledge and sales tools to represent Kelvion effectively.
  • Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor competitive landscape and report significant activities to management.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and pipeline management.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proven experience in partner sales or partner management within industrial or HVAC sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or partner management, preferably in heat transfer or industrial products.
