This is a full-time Sr Analyst, Marketing Performance Analytics position located in Provo, Utah. Responsibilities include:
  • Lead day-to-day execution of marketing performance measurement across paid media, owned channels, CRM, web, and offline marketing.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent reporting of marketing KPIs across channels, campaigns, and customer segments.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standardized dashboards and performance reports used by marketing leadership.
  • Produce clear, actionable reporting that helps teams identify optimization opportunities across channels, creative, audiences, and timing.
  • Translate data into insights that inform campaign optimizations and near-term strategy adjustments.
  • Partner with channel owners to interpret performance results and recommend improvements.
  • Support attribution and incrementality measurement efforts in partnership with analytics and data teams.
  • Analyze test results from A/B tests and experiments to quantify impact and inform next steps.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer specific business questions and uncover performance drivers.
  • Support marketing forecasting efforts by providing historical performance analysis, trend insights, and scenario inputs.
  • Assist in re forecasting and planning exercises in partnership with Marketing and Finance.
  • Monitor performance vs. forecast and highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Paid Media, CRM, SEO, and Creative teams to ensure analytics insights are applied to marketing decisions.
  • Partner with Finance to support ROI analysis, budgeting discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing leadership in a clear, concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting consistency, efficiency, and usability.
  • Document metric definitions and reporting standards to promote alignment across team.
  • Continuously refine reporting and analysis based on business needs and feedback.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or business intelligence
  • Hands-on expertise analyzing paid media, CRM, and digital marketing data
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
  • Experience supporting multi-channel or full-funnel marketing teams preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
  • Experience supporting multi-channel or full-funnel marketing teams preferred
  • Google Analytics (GA4) Certification, preferred. Adobe Analytics or Adobe Experience Platform certifications, preferred. Marketing analytics or experimentation certifications (e.g., CRO, A/B testing, optimization programs), preferred.
