What You'll Do

As the Senior Strategy Manager, you will report to the Manager of Channel Strategy, bringing high organizational skills, curiosity, and problem-solving talents. You'll gracefully manage multiple tasks to enhance efficiency and alignment within our sales teams. You'll lead transformational change, working collaboratively with our marketing, product, sales, and operations partners to bring ideas to life. You'll also nurture the end-to-end strategy and execution of new initiatives within our sales compensation portfolio. Your ability to embrace the bigger picture while focusing on key details is essential for effective strategy delivery.

  • You'll handle inquiries and analyze channel performance, costs, and scenarios, managing projects for key changes

  • You'll contribute to semi-annual strategy sessions and presentations

  • You'll set and monitor performance targets for core KPIs

  • You'll develop actionable channel insights, analytical frameworks, and profitability models

  • You'll support executive decision-making with strategic program updates and financial performance insights, understanding trends and influencing outcomes

  • You'll act as a consultant and partner with all levels of the organization to transform strategy into reality

  • You'll present thoughtful questions, analysis, and decision points for executives to make informed, efficient choices

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • You have experience in strategy development and implementation from 5+ years with a leading strategy consulting firm or 5-10 years in a similar industry role

  • You have engaged in concept creation and backed stories with data analysis

  • You possess technical skills, including data analysis, project management, and software proficiency, and you are a compelling communicator and storyteller, both visually and verbally

  • You're collaborative and bring partners together, using indirect influence and negotiation to reach outcomes

You Have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting, business strategy development, or change management

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent, with an MBA as a bonus

You Are:

  • Inquisitive, empathetic, and open to trying new approaches to solve problems

  • Self-motivated in managing your own projects

  • A team player always seeking to improve processes

  • Curious to adopt best practices from across business units

  • Detail-oriented with strong Excel skills

Great-to-Have:

  • An MBA or equivalent qualifications in Finance or Statistics, CPA, CFA, or similar designation
