Job Summary:
The Regional Channel Manager (director-level) will be responsible for managing a team of Channel Managers chartered to oversee and grow the relationship between Assured Data Protection and Channel Partners. The Channel Director will also be responsible for strengthening the relationship between partners and Assured leadership teams. This role will involve ensuring the alignment of both companies’ sales and marketing strategies, driving sales of Assured Data Protection’s services and products, and managing key opportunities through the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes quantifiably productive, professional relationships with key leadership, technical, and sales personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Performance manages direct coworkers to quarterly OKR targets
  • Coach coworkers to expand their impact on partner OKRs
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 10 years’ experience in Channel Sales with Leadership experience
  • Experience working with National, Regional, and TSD Channel Partners
  • Experience selling managed services solutions
  • Demonstrable network in Channel Partner ecosystem
