The Opportunity
As a Marketing Channel Strategy Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities through market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns. You will work on developing, coordinating, and executing marketing channel strategies and crafting the copy behind them to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will craft customer-centric copy across digital channels, support priority campaign planning and execution, and build relationships with marketing channel owners using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Writing and editing copy for customer journeys and digital channels, including web, email, social, events and others.
- Managing project traffic across channel marketing initiatives, routing briefs, timelines and approvals to keep work moving efficiently

- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to optimize distribution and customer experience
- Utilizing analytical thinking to conduct marketing channel performance analysis and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to integrate market research and local market trends into channel strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing channel partner management and optimization including crafting copy for diverse marketing channels and audiences

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
