Business Development Representative
United States, East Region

Role Overview:
Drive pipeline growth and revenue impact across the East region by connecting organizations with Genesys Cloud, an AI powered platform that transforms how businesses engage with their customers and employees. This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high value opportunities that align with strategic sales priorities. At Genesys, you will contribute to shaping the future of customer experience by enabling personalized, scalable interactions that improve loyalty, efficiency, and business outcomes. You will partner closely with Account Executives and sales leadership, gaining visibility into enterprise sales strategy while building a strong foundation for career growth within a high performance, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high quality pipeline creation by identifying and engaging target accounts across the East region using data driven prospecting strategies
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks, ensuring alignment with business needs and sales priorities
  • Execute highly personalized multi channel outreach campaigns, leveraging intent data, account insights, and digital engagement tools
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account plans and uncover new opportunities within both prospect and existing customer accounts
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with urgency and professionalism, converting interest into qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and complete data within Salesforce and lead management platforms, ensuring strong pipeline visibility and reporting
