About this role in the team:
We are seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager to report to the Global Head of Partnerships. This role requires a strategic operator with deep fintech and digital asset ecosystem expertise, strong organizational capabilities, and exceptional relationship management skills. The successful candidate will drive BVNK's growth by sourcing, developing, and scaling high-impact partnerships across the fintech and crypto landscape. The role requires experience working with both Channel and Alliance partners and ecosystem technical partners.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Relationship management: Own and deepen executive relationships with key partners, serving as the primary strategic liaison to drive long-term value creation.
  • Sales enablement: Embed expertise and Sales rigor into Channel and Alliance partner organizations
  • Strategic partner development: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships across BVNK's ecosystem
  • Thought Leadership: Represent BVNK externally through industry events, conferences, and thought leadership engagements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to align partnership initiatives with business objectives and delivery priorities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities across blockchain, digital assets, and fintech.

What we need from you:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the blockchain or fintech industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, stablecoins, DeFi ecosystems, and the broader digital asset landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
