What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Retail Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives built around our retail customers and partners. This person brings deep retail marketing experience and works hand-in-hand with our Retail Account Managers to translate retail relationships and priorities into well-run, on-time marketing initiatives – keeping cross-functional teams aligned, timelines on track, and campaigns delivering results for our retail business.

What You'll Do Campaign Development
  • Develop campaign concepts, messaging, and plans for marketing initiatives tied to retail customers and retail partners
  • Write creative briefs and coordinate promotional materials and point-of-sale assets for retail campaigns
  • Build retail campaign timelines and execution strategies to ensure successful, on-time delivery across retail and eCommerce partners
  • Own the project management of every retail marketing campaign, turning the campaign plan into a detailed execution timeline
  • Coordinate merchandising initiatives, promotional planning, and in-store marketing materials with retail partners
  • Plan and manage in-store product and merchandising events with retailers, including logistics, staffing, materials, and on-site execution
  • Manage vendor relationships and production timelines for retail marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery
  • Manage day-to-day execution of retail marketing initiatives across retail media, in-store, and digital channels, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule and as planned
Cross-Functional & Retail Partner Coordination
  • Partner closely with Retail Account Managers to align campaign execution with retail customer needs, timing, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure inventory readiness and seamless retail execution
  • Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks in real time, keeping campaigns on track and stakeholders informed of status
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and project outcomes to marketing and retail leadership
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for retail marketing projects, tracking spend against plan and flagging variances
Qualifications What You'll Bring
  • 7-10+ years of experience in retail marketing or channel marketing, ideally in CPG, health & wellness, or consumer products
  • Proven track record leading retail marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and merchandising programs across national retail and eCommerce partners
  • Extensive experience working with or alongside Retail Account Managers, brokers, or retail partners
  • Demonstrated ownership of retail marketing budgets, with the ability to plan spend, track variances, and make trade-off decisions across multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Strong vendor and project management skills, with experience coordinating point-of-sale materials and campaign timelines
  • Comfortable operating as a strategic partner to Retail Account Managers and leadership, not just an execution resource – able to influence retail marketing approach and priorities
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior marketing or project coordination staff a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and project tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep cross-functional teams aligned
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
