KELTEC's Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that support growth within KELTEC's dedicated sales channel. This role translates business priorities into targeted campaigns, promotions, sales tools, support programs, and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen channel performance and drive revenue growth. This position works closely with Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to ensure the channel is supported with the right messaging, programs, tools, and market-facing initiatives. The Channel Marketing Manager serves as the connection point between strategy and execution, helping align channel priorities with coordinated marketing activity that supports sales growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy and Execution

  • Lead annual planning for promotions, campaigns, events, and channel development activities.
  • Translate company priorities into focused campaigns, programs, and sales support initiatives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the channel by customer type, market segment, product category, and commercial priority.

Sales Enablement and Commercial Support

  • Develop tools and materials that support sales efforts, including sell sheets, presentations, flyers, promotional content, and campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify channel needs and develop marketing support that improves engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Help align sales priorities, promotional activity, and messaging across marketing and sales teams.
  • Support communication needs tied to product launches, promotions, and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows, distributor events, and other channel-facing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing Communications to maintain consistent channel messaging and coordinated communications.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to support campaigns, website promotions, email programs, and digital content.
  • Work closely with Product Management to align channel initiatives with product priorities, portfolio focus areas, launches, and technical value propositions.
  • Partner with Sales to support growth strategies, improve channel execution, and align marketing efforts with commercial opportunities.
  • Serve as a key marketing resource for channel initiatives across the organization.

Performance and Insights

  • Track and report on channel marketing activity, campaign performance, and commercial impact.
  • Use data and market feedback to improve channel programs, campaign targeting, and channel support.
  • Evaluate which initiatives, products, and programs are contributing most effectively to sales growth within the channel.
  • Recommend improvements based on performance trends, feedback, and market opportunities.

Requirements:
