About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our growing recruiting team. This position combines administrative support, marketing coordination, and candidate engagement activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position with remote work opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

  • Provide daily administrative support to management and recruiting staff.
  • Maintain and organize digital files, candidate records, and company databases.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Respond to emails, inquiries, and general office communications.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns aimed at attracting candidates and clients.
  • Create basic graphics, presentations, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva.
