We focus on end-to-end delivery, change adoption, and continuous improvement. About the Role: The Change Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end delivery of business systems and technology initiatives-from early discovery and business case development through requirements, build, testing, release, and post-launch hypercare. You will enable and direct cross-functional, multi-discipline squads, manage delivery plans and risks, and ensure stakeholders are prepared for successful adoption and measurable outcomes. Hybrid candidates must be located near Alpharetta, GA and able to work from the office at least once per week (typical in-office day is Wednesday, subject to change). Responsibilities: + Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems and technology initiatives, from business case and discovery through release and hypercare. + Create and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, milestones, and dependency maps; proactively remove blockers and manage trade-offs. + Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Business Analysts, QA, Operations, Support) to deliver value in a predictable cadence. + Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ways of working as appropriate (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), while adapting to the delivery model of each initiative. + Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and success measures; ensure alignment on scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes. + Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness assessments, and adoption support. + Support release planning and execution, including cutover planning, go/no-go checkpoints, and post-implementation monitoring. + Provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership; surface risks early and recommend mitigation plans. + Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and quality across the portfolio. Requirements: + Proven experience in an end-to-end project/program delivery role (technology and/or business systems), with accountability from initiation through adoption. + Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments; able to tailor approach to the initiative and stakeholders. + Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to translate technical progress into business impact. + Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and budgets across cross-functional teams. + Experience coordinating change management activities to support adoption (communications, training, readiness, hypercare). + Comfortable working with delivery tooling and reporting (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps/Smartsheet or similar) and Microsoft Office. + Project Management certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications, Lean Six Sigma), or equivalent demonstrated experience. + Ability to work hybrid in Alpharetta, GA at least once per week.
