 A day in the life: 

As the Project Manager of Digital Transformation, you will support complex, cross-functional IT programs that powers manufacturing excellence, streamline logistics, and advance digital transformation across Monster Energy. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA, Project Lifecycle Management (PLM), Ariba and integrated business systems. You will translate strategic business goals into executable technical plans and drive programs from concept through successful implementation-ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are consistently met.

The impact you'll make:
  • Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, on-time delivery, and stakeholder engagement across the S/4 HANA Programs.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, senior management, and project team members, and effectively communicate program status and risks.

  • Allocate resources efficiently, manage resource management plan and coordinate with other departments for support in all phases of the program.

  • Support and contribute to change management activities and deliverables ensuring timely and high- quality support for change management.

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in project management or program management

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in managing projects focused on technical change management

  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft 365, SAP, Jira
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP Certification preferred
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.
  • Program Governance Experience
  • SAP Implementation Experience 1-3 years
  • S4 HANA experience a PLUS
