Commercial Plumbing Project Manager position for large Mechanical Contractor in Orange County, CA This is a permanent position with a generous salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Attend preconstruction and BIM coordination meetings with owners and General Contractors Communicate with other sub-contractors, suppliers, on pricing Build accurate, winning estimates for new construction, as-builts, TI's, among other projects Communicate with Sr PM's, PE's, Detailers, and others internally as well as Superintendents and Foreman on the job site Balance time between office and job sites Requirements: 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience including schools, fire stations, among others Stable work-history Plan and Spec experience required, Design-Build and Negotiated project experience also a plus Mid-Large project experience ranging from 2 to 25 million (most falling between 8 to 10 million) Excel and advanced construction software is a bonus (including on-screen take-off, scheduling, and pdf editing software) Prior field experience as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman experience highly preferred So, if you are a top-notch Commercial Plumbing Project Manager with stable work-history and large public works project experience, apply today!
