The Work:

You will help clients reinvent how their organizationsoperatein an AI-enabled, data-informedworldwherework is digital bydefault,change is continuous, and people work alongside advanced tools to deliver outcomes at speed and scale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guide clients through reinvention including reimagining work and workforce enabled by technology, automation and Gen AI capabilities

  • Guide the translation of strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic change strategies

  • Build and lead change teams within large-scale reinvention programs, guiding clients through designing and embedding continuous change practices

  • Use data-driven insights to assess change readiness, adoption rates, and organizational sentiment

  • Design agile change strategies that will help companies shift their culture, adjust ways of working to be future-ready

  • Apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions and personalized change journeys with clients.

  • Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:

    • Organizational change analytics and data visualization

    • Behavioral science practices

    • Agile change management methods and tools

    • Digital engagement, collaboration, and development tools and platforms

  • Help clients build lasting agile change capabilities at all levels of the organization to build organizational resiliency

  • Help Accenture with business development including proposals and build client relationships

  • Build our practice by helping with market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management

Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in transformational change management

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience serving utilities clients (electric, gas, or water) or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus points if:

  • You have experience working on programs in the Customer Service / Customer Operations domain and / or Field Operations

  • You have experience working with Customer Information Systems including but not limited to SAP and Oracle

  • You have experience working with Enterprise Asset Management Systems including but not limited to SAP and Maximo

  • You know everything there is to know about how to design, develop and roll out change management processes

  • You have the ability to work across the Talent practice and apply skills beyond change management, including workforce transformation, leadership development, talent strategy, and operating model development

  • You're familiar with digital tools like HR Automation, Future Workforce Design and Analytics

  • You have experience with: Change Analytics, Change Tracking, Design Thinking, Change Capability Development, Agile Change Management

  • You're familiar with digital change management tools like Cognition

  • You have Applied experience using Generative AI (GenAI) to deliver organizational change work
