Our client seeks a Change Management Consultant; the consultant will define and execute change management strategies, integrate with project management, coach sponsors and teams, and drive adoption to achieve business outcomes across complex or multi-initiative efforts.

Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Define and deliver change management strategies, approaches, and plans for multiple engagements that may cross functional boundaries.
  • Execute and manage change scope for large-scale programs and projects, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, sponsorship, coaching, communications, training, and resistance management plans.
  • Apply Prosci methodology, tools, and approaches; coach internal team members on usage and customize approaches based on prior impacts and experience.
  • Determine factors for strong sponsorship, coach and support sponsors, and serve as primary sponsor contact.
  • Articulate, envision, and cultivate desired behaviors, mindsets, and cultural patterns.
  • Integrate change management with project management and influence mitigation strategies.
  • Develop organizational best practices for change management.
  • Integrate success measures, metrics, and monitoring across multiple initiatives within a program.
Experience Requirements:
  • Core IT organizational change management experience for large-scale initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, conflict management, influencing, and feedback skills.
  • Ability to communicate a vision and obtain buy-in.
  • Ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience providing oversight to other change management resources.
  • Experience working with agile teams, approaches, and tools such as Jira.
  • Competency in one or more complementary disciplines: project management, Agile, innovation, design thinking, customer experience, training, communication, digital transformation, or graphic design.
  • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and change.
  • Certified Change Management Professional preferred.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Attributes: nimble, quick thinking, dynamic, able to context switch, executive presence, and AI tool savviness.
