Position Summary

As a Change Management Manager, you'll play a key role in helping leaders, managers, and teams successfully navigate change and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness. You will partner across the business to assess needs, identify opportunities for team and leadership growth, and guide groups through impactful change initiatives. Your work will directly influence how our teams adapt, collaborate, and build the capabilities needed to deliver on strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong business partnerships and provide consultative support that aligns functional strategies with broader organizational priorities and an exceptional associate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to implement effective change management tools, methods, and practices.
  • Facilitate team-building sessions, workshops, and learning experiences that strengthen interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Analyze team dynamics, identify opportunities for development, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Deliver training in both traditional and nontraditional settings, focusing on communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Evaluate team processes and systems, identifying solutions that improve overall team effectiveness and performance.
  • Support leaders and managers with performance development insights, helping teams and individuals grow and succeed.
  • Create and refine tools, processes, and resources that measure and enhance the impact of change initiatives.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while staying current on best practices in change management.
  • Execute change initiatives that reinforce continuous improvement, adaptability, and a high-performing team culture.

Basic Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of change management or related experience

Expertise:

  • Foundational understanding of change management concepts, group dynamics, and practical application
  • Ability to apply change processes to drive adoption and sustainment

Skills:
