Change Management Lead – Divestiture & SeparationLocal - Phoenix based Candidates Only

Lake Shore Associates is looking for an experienced Change Management professional who thrives in complex, high-stakes transformation environments. We are seeking a Change Manager with proven divestiture, separation, and

Transition Services Agreement (TSA) experience to lead the people and organizational side of a business separation.

This lead will develop and execute the change strategy across the TSA, Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition, and longer-term separation journey, ensuring leaders, employees, and impacted stakeholders understand what is changing, when it is changing, and what is required to successfully transition to the future state.

The Skills You Bring
  • Lead the Change Management plan for the divestiture and separation, aligning change activities to the broader transaction, TSA, Day 1, and Day 2 objectives.
  • Develop and execute the organizational change roadmap across the separation lifecycle, including TSA transition, Day 1 readiness and, Day 2 stabilization.
  • Develop organizational change impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, executive communications, leadership alignment, employee communications across impacted functions and geographies.
  • Establish the organizational readiness activities to ensure impacted business units, functional teams, and employees are prepared for Day 1 and subsequent Day 2 changes.
  • Develop the communications strategy and integrated communications plan for the separation, including key messages, timing, audiences, communication channels, leadership talking points, FAQs, and employee-facing materials.
  • Build and manage the stakeholder engagement plan, identifying key stakeholders and sponsors and establishing the appropriate engagement cadence throughout the separation.
The Expertise You Have
  • At least 8 years of Change Management experience is required.
  • Experience leading change for a large-scale corporate divestiture, spin-off, or separation from planning through Day 1 and Day 2.
  • Experience with TSA definition, transition, stabilization, and exit activities.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-geography transformations.
  • Prosci, CCMP, or other recognized Change Management certification.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is highly execution-oriented and can establish the overall change framework, lead cross-functional change activities, and drive the detailed work required to ensure the organization is ready for separation, prepared for Day 1, and positioned for a successful Day 2 transition.
