Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a Change Management Director to join the Operations Change Management Team.

The Change Management Director will oversee and execute change strategy for complex or high-impact initiatives, serving as a senior advisor to sponsors and business leaders. This role provides direction and ensures alignment across stakeholders to support successful adoption and delivery of change outcomes. They will partner with Operations leaders to align on strategic priorities, timelines, and delivery, while developing and implementing structured change plans with clear, actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create change management strategies based on assessment of the impact of the change and impacted work groups.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders influencing decisions in line with business unit and enterprise strategy.
  • Shares appropriate industry and company analyses to achieve strategic insight.
  • Builds end to end engagement plans with deliverables/dates that enable change and increase knowledge as well as build adoption.
  • Helps leaders understand how change initiatives may intersect to increase opportunities to connect the dots for target audiences independently.
  • Works with Operations Partners to ensure change strategies and plans are appropriately executed and teams have materials necessary for desired adoption.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Ability to lead and connect change management initiatives across Operational business areas
  • Technically proficient in change management strategies, building engagement or change management plans
  • Ability to influence leaders to create plans that increase adoption results to meet desired outcomes
  • Areas of expertise include relationship management, executive communication, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Experience developing feedback loops to engage employees
  • Central management of standardized tools & templates
  • Ability to tell the story from a content standpoint and lead through change.
  • Experience with executing change strategy focused on AI/AI Tool Implementation

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Ten or more years of experience, including leadership of large, complex programs/initiatives with high impact

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $159,970.00 - $188,200.00
