Enterprise Project Manager

Will be responsible for leading large scale, cross-functional projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation (establishing project scope, deliverables, goals, estimating, planning, analysis, success criteria, and implementation). The PM develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external partners to achieve project milestones.

Essential Functions
  • Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with all PMO, risk, architecture, policy and other relevant guidelines.
  • Establishes project governance and leads cross-functional calls with impacted workstreams
  • Develops change management and implementation plan alongside business owner
  • Challenges assumptions and outlines risks, developing mitigation plans proactively
  • Creates Exec level presentations
  • Manage budget for assigned projects, monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.
  • Responsible for project execution including ongoing management of risks/issues/change control, communication, and reporting.
  • Ensure project completion is signed off on and effectively hand off to Operations team.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships within EPMO department and 3rd party vendors or service providers to enhance results.
  • Leverage client service focus approach to maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Lead and facilitate regularly occurring meetings.
  • Coordinate communications and rollout planning.
Minimum Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects service providers or vendors
  • One or more certificates (ITIL, PMP, etc.) preferred
Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of agile process and ability to actively practice agile methods.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and presentations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.
  • Base salary range: $104-112k
  • This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
