Choctaw Defense Services (CDS)

Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) to oversee and manage the contractor’s Quality Control Program in support of operations at Fort Stewart, GA. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience managing quality programs, facility operations, and contract performance within a large-scale government Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environment.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising all aspects of the Quality Control Program to ensure contract compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. This is a dedicated, full-time position assigned exclusively to this contract. To maintain quality control independence and objectivity, the QCM will not serve as the Program Manager and will report directly to CDS corporate headquarters rather than the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Program across all contract functional areas.
  • Conduct inspections, surveillance, and quality assessments to verify compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
  • Document findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain required quality control documentation, including:
    • QC Daily Reports
    • Weekly Trend Analysis Reports
    • Performance metrics
    • Quality assessments and evaluations
  • Review customer feedback and comments to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across operational areas.
  • Analyze quality trends and provide recommendations to improve contract performance.
  • Maintain QC independence by reporting quality findings, outcomes, and performance metrics directly to corporate headquarters.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of operations experience managing:
    • Quality Control Programs
    • Facility Repair and Maintenance operations
    • Contract management activities
    • Quality reporting and presentations
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience serving as a Quality Control Manager (QCM) on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract valued at more than $10 million annually.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand, speak, read, and write English effectively.
  • Must be a legal U.S. resident and able to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI background investigation for the duration of the contract.
