Chalet staff are employees who work in holiday chalets, typically in ski resorts or mountain destinations, providing a range of hospitality services for guests. Their duties often include preparing meals, cleaning, maintaining the chalet, and offering guest services such as arranging activities and providing local information. Chalet staff may also be responsible for shopping, laundry, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the guests' stay. The roles can range from chalet hosts and chefs to managers and housekeepers, depending on the size and type of the chalet.
