Chain Store Manager - Direct Hire - Raleigh NC National Pizza Chain is seeking an experienced Store Manager who is used to working hands-on training staff, overseeing daily operations, hiring and sheduling staff, ensuring food quality, controlling inventory, and driving customer satisfaction and profitability. If you can work and lead from the front with a hands-on approach, appl today! Pay & Schedule:
  • Pay: $22-$29/hr based on experience
  • Schedule: 5 day a week schedule
Responsibilities:
  • Balancing staff management, culinary oversight, and financial performance
  • Daily Operations Management
  • Staff supervision
  • Inventory and Supply Management
  • Financial Oversight: track sales, manage budgets, etc.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Compliance and Safety
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of verifiable work history in similar role (restaurant operations)
  • Financial literacy, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
  • Excellent customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to adapt and multi task in fast-paced environment
Benefits:
  • 50% of Major Medical paid. Available after 90 days
  • Vacation Pay- available after 1 year
  • 20 hrs of sick pay accrued per year beginning after 90 days
