About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving financial strategy, performance, and operational discipline. This role will oversee all financial functions, including planning, accounting, reporting, capital management, and risk oversight, while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Provide executive-level insights and recommendations to support growth, profitability, and scalability
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
  • Deliver timely financial reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis to support decision-making
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve performance
  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial statements
  • Maintain GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity strategy
  • Evaluate financing options and capital structure optimization
  • Support investment decisions and capital allocation strategies
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, tax, and audit requirements
  • Partner with department leaders to improve margins, efficiency, and cost management
  • Drive accountability through financial metrics and performance tracking
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • 10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Prior experience in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, and strategy
  • Experience in a high-growth, product-based, or e-commerce-related business preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, controls, and reporting structures
  • CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred
Physical Demands

Sitting: 8-hour work shift. Travel 2 days a week to Haltom City location, 3 days a week to White Settlement location.

Work Environment & Schedule

Day Shift, Full Time, On-site. May occasionally require weekends or overtime.
