The CFO will serve as a key executive responsible for financial stewardship, balance sheet strategy, and enterprise performance. Accounting, Reporting & Controls
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities.
  • Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Credit & Allowance Oversight
  • Own allowance frameworks including CECL methodology and assumptions.
  • Ensure processes and models meet regulatory expectations.
Operational Efficiency & Technology
  • Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate technology investments for cost-benefit and risk mitigation.
Treasury & Ancillary Programs
  • Manage BOLI portfolio and other treasury programs.
  • Oversee corporate credit card program for employees and institution.
External & Internal Relationships
  • Maintain relationships with auditors, regulators, consultants, and financial service providers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance teams.
Compliance & Professional Development
  • Ensure compliance with laws and banking regulations, including BSA and OFAC.
  • Pursue continuing education on regulatory and accounting best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience within banking, financial institutions, or mortgage banking.
