What: Seeking a strategic, data-driven CFO to lead financial modeling, capital strategy, and M&A execution as part of a 3-person executive team. When: Hiring immediately to support the company's growth and acquisition initiatives. Where: Atlanta, GA - Local candidates only; this is an in-office executive role. Why: The company is entering a growth phase with plans to double in size over five years through acquisitions and service line expansion. Office Environment: Collaborative and fast-paced with a structured leadership model and culture-first values. Position Overview: This executive role is ideal for a finance leader with strong banking and analytical capabilities, ready to take charge of financial strategy in a scaling, acquisition-driven environment. The CFO will report to the board and serve as a peer to the CEO and COO, leading high-level financial planning and execution-not transactional accounting. Key Responsibilities:
