Job description

IntraHealth Group is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Chief Financial Officer to serve as the primary financial advisor to our CEO and executive team.
As a leading Management Services Organization (MSO), IntraHealth powers a complex portfolio of healthcare entities-including OrthoAtlanta (under the Piedmont Orthopedics brand), physical therapy practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and imaging joint ventures.
We need a proven financial architect to partner with leadership, guide capital strategy, and drive continuous MSO platform expansion.
Why You'll Love This Role
  • True Seat at the Table: Direct advisor to the CEO and physician owners on M&A, joint ventures, capital allocation, and new service lines.
  • Built to Scale: Oversee a modern finance structure led by two peer VPs (Controllership/Ops and FP&A/Strategy), allowing you to focus on strategy and leadership rather than daily closes.
  • High-Growth Enterprise: Drive financial expansion across new clinical ventures, ASC additions, and physician recruitment.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 12+ years in financial leadership, including 5+ years as CFO/Deputy CFO in a healthcare MSO, multi-specialty practice, or ASC platform.
  • Healthcare Depth: Expert in multi-entity GAAP consolidations, revenue cycle economics, physician compensation modeling, and NetSuite systems.
  • Player-Coach Mentality: High-level strategic thinker with the technical chops to dive deep into details when complex deals or closes demand it.
  • Credentials: CPA or CHFP preferred; MBA/MHA a plus.
