Client affiliated is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a highly respected and collegial urology practice in central, located approximately 35 minutes from Lexington.
This permanent employed opportunity is ideal for candidates ranging from new graduates to physicians with 4-6 years of experience or providers transitioning from private practice.
The organization can sponsor H-1B visas but is not accepting J-1 candidates.
The incoming physician will join two established urologists in a thriving and growing practice.
One senior physician is approximately 60 years old and is expected to continue practicing for another 5-7 years, while gradually reducing responsibilities over time.
The second physician joined the group more recently as part of strategic long-term succession planning.
The practice currently utilizes two midlevel providers and is actively recruiting a third APP to assist with patient care coverage and call responsibilities.
Physicians can expect to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings while serving a growing regional patient population.
The health system prioritizes high-quality, patient-centered care and maintains a strong physician support structure with excellent work-life balance.
Client is a nonprofit, 222-bed regional referral hospital and part of a comprehensive integrated healthcare delivery system.
