As Practice Leader, Technology, Data and Information Security Risk Management (TDIS), you will play a key role in overseeing, monitoring, and reporting on the organization's TDIS risks.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Practice Leader, you will be central to our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a subject-matter expert, under senior leadership, in guiding, implementing, and evolving TDIS risk management practices, including artificial intelligence governance and ethics frameworks;

  • Defining and evolving practices that provide a complete, holistic quarterly view of TDIS risks impacting the organization;

  • Establishing governance frameworks, practices, and expected behaviors to report on the risk posture related to technology, data, and information security;

  • Contributing, as TDIS Practice Leader, to enterprise improvement initiatives, both within the risk management function and across business projects;

  • Identifying required frameworks related to TDIS risks, assessing their priority and urgency, and recommending appropriate actions;

  • Communicating practices and their evolution to relevant forums and governance bodies;

  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation under your responsibility and ensuring its ongoing relevance;

  • Sharing your knowledge and expertise with team members and actively contributing to their development;

  • Advancing the organization's risk management culture by supporting stakeholders in respecting risk tolerance, within a context of digital transformation and AI adoption;

  • Participating in senior management discussions, steering committees, and other forums as the TDIS risk practice leader;

  • Developing and maintaining close collaboration with teams within the Group Risk Management and Compliance (GRMC) function;

  • Defining and deploying cross-functional practices across lines of defense to maximize reuse and automation.

What will help you succeed in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for influential leadership and the ability to guide complex practices;

  • Stands out for strategic vision and the ability to anticipate business challenges;

  • Demonstrates strong analytical rigour and sound judgment in risk management;

  • Is known for excellent communication and collaboration skills;

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, accounting, or another relevant field (CPA, PMP-RMP, PRM designations are an asset);

  • Has 7 to 10 years of experience implementing risk management practices, ideally in a regulated environment;

  • Holds a certification in a relevant field such as COBIT, ISO 27001, CISA, or ITIL V3;

  • Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires regular verbal and written communication with internal and external English-speaking partners.
