Job description

The Project Manager will provide effective management of mid-sized to large IT Projects. The PM is responsible for delivering several key project artifacts and sharing the responsibility of accountability with the project leadership team for the successful delivery of the entire project. The PM may also be responsible for the helping with the long range activities and for communication the project status to all levels of the executive management team. Additionally the PM is responsible for Project Control, Project Communication, Project Risk Management, and Project Environment.
Qualification:
  • Experience in systems development and project management across a variety of technical platforms
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Project, Word and Excel
  • Experience managing a budget of $1M plus
  • Experience within a matrix environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize other teams and adapt style to what is effective for each team.
  • Driver; takes responsibility and drives team members to deliverables
  • Makes good decisions based on the input of others
  • 5-8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • PMP certification preferred
