Position Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to lead the execution of complex industrial and engineered product projects from order handoff through successful customer delivery.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, and finance. You will own project scope, schedule, financial performance, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations.

What You'll Do

Lead Project Execution

  • Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously through the full project lifecycle.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects within manufacturing, industrial, engineered products, automation, water technology, energy, or related industries.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects with responsibility for schedule, scope, and budget.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience managing contract-based customer projects.
  • Knowledge of risk management, change management, and project controls.
  • Engineering or technical product background.
