Job description

Job Description One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Program Manager will support Demand Side Management (DSM) programs for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned DSM products. The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card.

The candidate should have 3-5 years of program or product management experience. Program Manager Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned Demand Side Management (DSM) programs, such as lighting and energy efficiency products. Develop and maintain program forecasts and budgets to meet goals.

Administer program rules and regulatory requirements in compliance with filings and approved documentation. Coordinate with trade partners, vendors, and internal sales teams to drive program participation and project success. Track and advance customer projects through Salesforce.

Support preparation of regulatory filings, reports, and occasional testimony, including state-specific filings. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer, trade partner, vendor, and internal stakeholder inquiries. Requirements of the Program Manager: 3-5 years of program or product management experience.

Experience in utility or other regulated industries is preferred. Experience with budgeting and forecasting. Experience using Salesforce.

Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). PMP certification preferred.
