What You’ll Do

The Senior Deposit Analyst leverages advanced analytics and strategic insights to support FourLeaf’s deposit growth and product performance objectives. Working with the Senior Manager Deposit Products, this role evaluates financial and operational performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads initiatives that improve product strategy, sales reporting, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong analytical acumen, crossfunctional leadership, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Core Contributions

  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Lead complex analyses using internal performance data, member behavior patterns, competitive pricing, and market funding trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.
    • Organize and interpret depositrelated data, including internal performance metrics, competitor pricing, and market funding sources, to produce actionable reports and respond to leadership inquiries.
    • Create scalable reporting tools for Retail, Business Banking, and FourLeaf Financial Group (FFG), ensuring stakeholders have timely visibility into performance.
    • Synthesize analysis into actionable insights and recommendations, presenting findings clearly to senior leadership and crossfunctional partners.
    • Serve as a subjectmatter expert on deposit analytics, ensuring data methodologies are robust, accurate, and repeatable.
  • Product Development & Strategy
    • Partner with the Senior Manager Deposit Products to shape deposit product strategy through advanced modeling, profitability analysis, scenario forecasting, and risk evaluation.
    • Provide recommendations to optimize product performance, enhance the member experience, and drive measurable growth across business lines.
    • Conduct advanced analysis on product or program changes, including financial modeling, risk assessments, and member impact evaluations.
    • Monitor product compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards; escalate issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.
    • Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments related to deposit products and processes.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration
    • Consult with Marketing and Sales teams on deposit campaigns, providing datadriven insights to shape targeting, messaging, and expected outcomes.
    • Develop performance measurement frameworks for incentive programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives; recommend enhancements based on analytical trends and results.
    • Create product education materials, reporting tools, and guidance that enhance frontline understanding and improve product positioning.
  • Special Projects
    • Lead or colead strategic projects related to deposit growth, operational improvements, sales reporting, and product innovation.
    • Represent the Deposit Products team in strategic discussions, presenting analysis, recommendations, and business implications.

Assets You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or a related field, with a focus on deposit products, financial analysis, or product management.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial modeling/scenario evaluation, banking regulations, audit processes, risk management practices, project management, and presenting to senior leaders is strongly preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Excel (Advanced Spreadsheet Analysis), PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook.

The estimated salary for this role is $35.92 to $43.11 per hour.
