This role supports custom report development and maintenance across enterprise-wide systems including Millennium, Soarian Financial Reporting, Healthcare Intelligence, PowerInsight, Oracle Analytics (OA), and Claims Rules Development.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $61,200 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

  • Perform troubleshooting investigations by collecting data, using diagnostic tools, shadowing end users, testing workflows, and analyzing log files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through both written and verbal channels.
  • Document activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation and project lifecycle.
  • Prioritize tasks based on severity and business needs while balancing client requirements with internal objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support industry change control processes to implement solution enhancements and ensure contract compliance.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and serve as a team resource as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • For certain roles, U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain government security clearance may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience with SQL/CCL and database management.
  • Experience with Millennium, Soarian Financial Reporting, Healthcare Intelligence, PowerInsight, Oracle Analytics (OA), and Claims Rules Development.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, Tableau, or healthcare data reporting is a plus.
  • Understanding of Java or other programming languages is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, willingness to learn, and commitment to health equity.
  • Knowledge of clinical and/or financial workflows in a healthcare environment.
