The VP Engineering is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and innovation across the engineering function. This role ensures alignment with company goals through technical leadership, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do:
  • Develops and leads the engineering strategy in alignment with corporate goals, innovation targets, and market needs.
  • Oversees engineering operations across all product lines or business areas, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and performance.
