What we need:

The Sr Cloud Engineer is a high performing contributor that is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and services. This role supports cloud operations across platforms, ensures system reliability and security, and drives automation and optimization efforts to support business needs.


What you'll do:

Implements cloud infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) integrated with GitHub workflows.


Provides architect oversite, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.


Reviews and approves architectural designs and implementations for application solutions focusing on operational efficiency, security and compliance.


Implements governance frameworks and best practices for architecture and design processes


Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess architectural designs and provide recommendations for improvements.


Develops and maintains documentation related to architectural standards, guidelines and governance processes


Continuous improvement and implementation of GitHub environments.


Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and agile development practices.


Supports cloud architecture reviews and provides guidance on best practices for cloud adoption and optimization.


Works closely with international teams across time zones, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using GitHub and tools like Terraform or Bicep preferred.


Strong proficiency of cloud networking (VNETs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, firewalls, DNS, load balancers) preferred.


Working knowledge of DevOps principles and agile methodologies preferred.
