HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Value Added Services Team as Manager, Service Portfolio - Commercial Contracts.
Summary
The Manager, Service Portfolio - Commercial Contracts. Manage all activities that are required for preparation of Commercial Proposals and Supply Agreements; Gather detailed data from various resources to assemble justification packages; assembly of corporate requirements to support the opportunities including: bid justification (CER-LT & Cash Flow), formal supply agreement and justification (CER, PPT, & Cash Flow), formal proposal preparation with Legal support; delivery of formal agreement documentation for Sales delivery; tracking project performance; managing opportunities through CRM: and forecasting/tracking Revenue performance.
Requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to assemble and provide quotes for value added service contracts; develop comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates; identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Gather background info from resources to support justification: Sales, Marketing, Equipment Manager, etc. Provide technical guidance for specifications, branding and terms in conjunction with appropriate internal departments and external groups including vendors, OEM's and engineering firms
  • Provide Risk & Benefit Analysis: Assess financial and contractual risks and present to management for direction/decision
  • Value Proposition Development: Assemble justification package for presentation to management for proposal approval and official proposal package post approval (CER-LT)
  • Convert proposal package (CER-LT) to Supply Agreement/approval (CER) after customer acceptance including obtaining Calderys Legal approval.
  • Work with Commercial Excellence team to Manage CRM opportunities and develop dashboards of information to track ATS delivery and performance
  • Forecasting and tracking Revenue performance versus contracts Cash Flow estimates including IFTS sales forecasting, tracking and process flow execution
  • Assistance with recruiting, hiring and managing VAS CPT Site Coordinators and Supervisor.

Position Requirements
  • Requires Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent
  • Prior experience providing financial analysis
    and/or business justification, pricing/costing analysis, detailed proposal development, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Prior Oracle or other ERP/CRM skills a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including presentation planning and delivery skills; ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Requires project management skills and the ability to coordinate multi-department projects
  • Requires leadership skills, team player with enthusiasm and high energy, strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of driving results
  • Requires excellent organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Manager, Service Portfolio - Commercial Contracts requires five plus (5+) years
