Job description

TRL11, Inc. is a venture-backed startup in Irvine, CA specializing in cutting-edge video technology for the space economy. We are currently seeking a Chief of Staff to join our growing team. As Chief of Staff, you will provide general admin, sales and marketing, logistics and and finance support to the CEO and executive team. You will also manage and execute special projects, and act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments to ensure effective communication and execution of company strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work and grow with a promising startup in the space industry.
Responsibilities
  • Provide general office admin support as needed to the executive team and on other special projects that arise.
  • Manage special projects with the CEO, including shows, events, travel, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's strategies, and priorities, and ensure that all departments are aligned.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and the rest of the company, including managing internal communication and attending meetings on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure efficient execution of company strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other materials for the executive team as needed.
  • Monitor progress and conduct research to identify new initiatives, trends, and opportunities that will improve performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in management consulting, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in supporting finance, HR, sales an marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
