Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO & Executive Leadership Team by delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing detailed reports, and facilitating seamless communication within the leadership team. By ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled with precision and care, the Executive Assistant will enable leadership to focus on driving innovation and achieving strategic goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the CEO & leadership team members to ensure effective communication and task follow up.
  • Manage travel plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with program timelines and leadership commitments.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing, record keeping, and document management systems.
  • Manage communications, prioritizing and responding to messages promptly.
  • Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and memos, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure secure storage of confidential documents.
  • Promote professionalism and excellence within the leadership team and greater organization.
  • Comply with company policies and security protocols in all administrative practices.
  • Foster strong working relationships and coordinate cross functional initiatives that support program objectives.
  • Adapt to evolving needs and take on new responsibilities as required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (Master’s degree a plus)
  • 5+ years of Executive Administrative experience
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
