The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the senior executive leader responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of Desert Valley Hospital. The CEO provides visionary leadership while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

This executive partners closely with physicians, leadership teams, employees, and community stakeholders to execute organizational objectives, drive sustainable growth, and advance the hospital's mission within the communities it serves.
Responsibilites:

  • Provide overall leadership and oversight of hospital operations.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

Required Education

Pay Transparency:

Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options.  Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Additionally, employees in this position may be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus program. Discretionary bonuses, if any, are based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to individual and Company performance.
